This incident has been resolved.
Our hosted Redis which helps signal call activity from the dialer to our servers had to undergo maintenance and the service was interrupted for a few minutes until the standby instance took over. Service is fully restored and we have taken steps to avoid maintenance windows in during times of high usage in the future.
Our redis instance is having issues, we're looking into it as the hot replacement is kicking in.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating this issue.
We issued some updates earlier that backfired on us and caused significantly longer database query times, which brought the system almost to a halt. The changes have been reversed and systems are back to normal.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
A faulty webprocess has been reset and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently looking into an issue with longer response times than normal.
