Load is returning to normal levels. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Unfortunately we introduced faulty measures to handle a heavy load situation, that caused the app to crash. The crash has been countered, but we are still under heavy load. Updates to follow.
We are currently handling a heavy load situation. Updates will follow.
While verifying the changes we discovered a problem with some webhooks (zapier or custom integrations) and a fix is being deployed as we speak. Once deployed we will re-issue the affected hooks. No data loss expected and we are closing this maintenance now and regard it a success. We will however continue to monitor all systems closely to make sure everything works and that we are seeing the improvements to speed that we expect from the updates rolled out today. Thanks for your patience.
We're bringing the app back up. System should be accessible again, please note that some features running in background processes such as search indexing and duplicate detection may be slow in the beginning.
We expect to bring the app back online within the next 10 minutes - much faster than first anticipated.
The process of updating our database is running smoothly. We may even be able to bring the app up before the maintenance window is scheduled to end. Stay tuned to be notified when we can be more specific about it.
